It takes 2-3 weeks to receive the screening results.

If you pass the screening process, the next step is an online interview with the company. Before the real interview, we will provide you with a free mock interview practice to prepare you for the real interview.

Two or three interviews with companies are conducted. In some cases, face-to-face interviews are conducted.

If you pass the final interview, you will sign an employment contract with the company.

After signing an employment contract, you will need to apply for a visa. We can assist you in obtaining a work visa.

We also provide support for visa switch applications and permanent residence visa applications for those changing jobs in Japan.

We provide support for entry into Japan. We also support you in finding housing after entering Japan.

Japanese staff will give you Japanese lessons until you join the company.

Information can be exchanged as needed after joining the company. We will support you until you succeed in your career in Japan.
